Our operating hours is from 10.00 am to 6.00 pm excluding public holidays. 办公时间为早上9点至傍晚6点,不包括公共假日。

Except for customers using Billplz, all other payment methods (Online Transfer/Cash Deposits/Touch'N Go E-wallet) are required to be complete within 2 hours, otherwise, the order will be forfeited automatically. 除了使用线上转账的顾客,其余的付款方式(线下转账/电子钱包)都必须在2个小时内完成,我方有权在无预先通知下自动取消您的订单。

It is the customers responsibility to track the shipping status before the order being successfully delivered. Tracking Number will be provided on your orders. 顾客在收到包裹前都有责任自行追踪物流,包裹发走后我们会将物流单号发给您。

Packaging damaged during transportation which does not affect the usage of product(s) will not be considered as defect, and any request of refund will not be entertained. 在运输过程中,产品的外包装可能会损坏(如纸盒凹陷等),只要不影响产品使用我方概不接受任何退款/退换的要求。
- Packaging may be changed without notification due to each brand's decision which will not be considered as a reason for cancelling or changing the order.产品包装可能会因为品牌方决定而有所更改,我方有权不预先通知。产品包装的更改概不接受任何退款/取消/退换的要求。
- Any defect smaller than 3cm which does not affect the usage of product(s) will not be considered as defect, and any request of refund will not be entertained. 任何小于3cm、不影响产品使用的瑕疵,将不进行任何退款/取消/更换。
