What is the return and exchange policy?


Unfortunately, we don't offer refund or return for every order purchased, except cancellation of backorders happens.





What if my item was missing, incorrect, damaged, or faulty?


We're sorry you received a parcel with damaged, incorrect, or missing items! Let us know by contacting our Customer Service Team within 3 days (after received date stated on tracking website) so that we can make things better. Over dated complains will not be entertained. 





Where can i track my orders?






Do you provide self pickup service?


Yes. You may click “self pickup” during checkout phase. Kindly contact our Customer Service Team for pick up address and confirmation of pick up time. Pick up is only available on weekdays 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. (excluding Malaysia Public Holidays)

What are your delivery options and how much is the shipping?

​Do you deliver to other country?


We only ship to Singapore and Malaysia at the moment.

We use ABX Express for West Malaysia's orders at flat rate ( RM8) and for East Malaysia's orders at flat rate ( RM15 / per kg )


First kg RM35, every additional 500g will be charged extra RM8. Example ( 2kg RM51).


我们使用的快递公司是 ABX Express(西马)价格是RM8 ;(东马)价格,首重RM15 / kg,续重每1kg 加RM15。


新加坡订单邮费会根据包裹重量计算,首重 1kg RM35,续重每 500g 加RM8。





When will I receive my orders?


Usually it takes 1-5 business day to receive your parcel after post out, depending on your area.

We do have some terms and conditions for delivery though!

-Same Day Posting are based on ready stock orders placed before 9 a.m. MYT.

-Delivery may take additional time during sale periods, holidays, and unforeseen circumstances such as public holidays etc.

-Delivery is only available on weekdays (excluding Malaysia Public Holidays).
